This covers the contact form on this site and the emails it sends us.
Who we are

What we collect
What you type into the form: your name, your email address, what your enquiry is about and your message. If you email us directly, we get your address and whatever you send.To keep the form free of spam, Cloudflare checks each visit to it, which uses your IP address and some details of your browser. Cloudflare also counts visits to the site for us, without cookies and without identifying you.
Why we use it
To reply to your enquiry, and to carry on the conversation if you'd like to work with us (our legitimate interest in replying).We don't add you to a mailing list, sell your information or use it for anything else.
Who else handles it
A few services handle it for us, and may only use it to provide their service:Cloudflare hosts the site, runs the spam check and counts visits.Resend delivers each enquiry to our inbox as an email.Google hosts the inbox it arrives in.Some of them process information outside the UK, mainly in the United States, under the safeguards UK law requires.
How long we keep it
We keep an enquiry for up to 12 months after we last hear from you. If we go on to work together, we keep what we need for as long as the work and the law require: business records, for example, for six years.
Your rights
You can ask to see what we hold about you, to correct it, to delete it, or for us to stop using it. Email hey@archeonic.com and we'll reply within a month.If you're not happy with how we've handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk or on 0303 123 1113.
Cookies
This site doesn't use cookies to track you. If you switch the lights off, your browser remembers that until you close the tab.
